Getting started
What photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo in good light — hairline visible, no hat or sunglasses, and just you in the frame. The better the input, the more convincing the result.
Will the result really look like me?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Stylery changes your look, never your identity: your face, features, and expression stay exactly as they are in your photo.
Can I try several looks from one photo?
Yes. One upload lets you generate look after look in the same session — there’s no need to re-upload for each style.
Can I combine looks in one image?
Yes. Add more than one look to your recipe — say a new cut and a new color — and generate them together in a single image. A combined image costs the base 10 credits plus 2 credits for each extra look.
Credits & billing
How do credits work?
Each generated image costs 10 credits, and new accounts start with 20 free credits. Subscriptions top you up with Monthly credits every billing cycle; one-time packs add Extra credits on top. See pricing for current plans.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically — you don’t need to do anything. If your balance still looks wrong, email us and we’ll fix it.
How do I upgrade, buy credits, or cancel?
Everything lives in your account menu under Settings → Usage & Billing: upgrade your plan, buy a credit pack, or cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits last until the end of the billing cycle they were issued in. Extra credits — packs, your signup bonus, and referral rewards — never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Email support@styleryai.comwith the email address you signed up with and we’ll sort it out.
Your photos & privacy
What happens to my uploaded photo?
Your original photo is deleted from our servers after your session — within 24 hours at the latest. It is never added to your library and never kept around.
Are my photos used to train AI?
Never. Your photos and results are not used to train any model, and they are never sold or shared.
How long are my generated looks kept?
On the free plan, results are kept for 7days. With an active subscription they’re kept for as long as you’re subscribed, plus a 30-day grace period if your subscription ends. You can delete any result yourself at any time.
Who can see my photos and results?
Only you. Everything is stored privately and served through short-lived signed links — there are no public URLs to your images.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any result from My Looks at any time. Deleting your account removes everything — your results, your account data, and any original photo still in temporary storage. For the full picture, including how photos are processed by our AI provider, see the privacy policy.
Rules & troubleshooting
Whose photos can I upload?
Only your own. You must be an adult, and you may not upload photos of other people or of minors — see the terms of service.
Why was my image blocked, or why did it fail?
Two possibilities: the image was declined by content moderation, or a technical error occurred on our side. Either way, failed generations are refunded automatically. If it keeps happening, email us with the approximate time it happened and we’ll investigate.
