Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Stylery. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The Service

Stylery is an image studio that applies styling templates to a photo you upload — changing hair colour, hairstyle, beard, or overall look — and returns a photoreal edited image. Results are produced by a third-party AI model and are illustrative previews, not photographs of real events.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stylery.

Your photos and content

• You may upload only photos of yourself, and only photos you have the right to use.
• You may not upload photos of other people or of minors, and you may not use the Service to depict any real person without their consent.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your photo solely to provide the Service to you (generating the images you request). We claim no other rights over your photo.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Stylery to create, upload, or distribute content that is:

• sexual, nude, or otherwise NSFW;
• unlawful, hateful, harassing, or harmful;
• infringing on someone else’s rights; or
• intended to impersonate or mislead, including deceptive depictions of real people.

Credits and billing

• The Service runs on credits. New accounts receive a starting credit balance, and each render uses a fixed number of credits.
• You can subscribe for a monthly batch of credits. Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record, under their terms.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable except as Service usage.
• Because each render incurs a real processing cost, subscription credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a render fails due to our error.

Intellectual property

As between you and us, you own the result images generated from your photo. Stylery and its templates, software, and branding remain our property. Don’t copy or resell the Service itself.

AI output disclaimer

Results are generated by AI and are provided “as is.” They are stylized previews and may not be accurate, may not perfectly preserve your likeness, and should not be relied on as a true representation of how you would look. Use them as inspiration, not as a guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Stylery and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
